Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû (/ˈcibʊ/ /ˈs̺æqʊ/ [sophisticated] [brothel]) is a subtropical Large City located in Bu̹yu Bàyâ Kingdom, Rûlichyû Îyà Empire, within the Warren.

The name Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû is derived from the Sylvin language, as Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû was founded by Mb̪f̄̋sh Cānvó̄ 'Martin Dazzle' Cōkī́̄ Vúchīń̄ Mbó̄̌s, who was culturaly Rattu.

Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1274, by Mb̪f̄̋sh Cānvó̄ 'Martin Dazzle' Cōkī́̄ Vúchīń̄ Mbó̄̌s. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Mb̪f̄̋sh Cānvó̄ 'Martin Dazzle' Cōkī́̄ Vúchīń̄ Mbó̄̌s.

Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû is buildings are speckled and packed arround crampt cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the city's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a city. The city is the proud owner of a proper castle-style stone wall complete with all of the trimmings. It has towers, a moat, gatehouses, drawbridges, and even merticulationsshortsizeleadershipname.. The city's perhapse unnessisarily well built defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the city.

The first thing you notice about Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû is the large sign at the entrance welcoming you to their humble city. Children come up to you and say hi, some asking if you’ve fought any big monsters, and others just zipping away after their hello. The adults are much the same. By the time you’ve made it a significant way into the town you’ve been invited to a tavern for a pint to drink in exchange for news of the world. You’ve also had no less than three older women give you a sweetroll and direct your attention to their still unmarried children. It would be creepy if it wasn't so sincere.

Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû's natural decorations nor waterways.

Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Cultural Notes

Chyameya Chyibû S̺æqû's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.
